#3 Ukraine War

Hello and welcome back to my blog! 😄 Today's topic is the war between Ukraine and Russia.  Now if you don't feel comfortable reading about it then don't continue reading.  Recently in one of my geography classes, my teacher helped us to understand what was really going on between Russia and Ukraine. But first, can I just say: this war is really stupid. Many people will die and many will be badly injured. Families will lose their fathers or husbands and even their mothers or daughters. Have we not learnt anything from World War 1 & 2? So basically, what what my teacher told my class is this: (now don't quote me on this, as it could be wrong). Russia invaded Ukraine because Russia thought that Ukraine was getting too friendly with it's neighboring countries that are part of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization). And Russia thought that Ukraine was going to invade Russia so Russia decided to invade Ukraine first. (Which is kinda silly, when you think about it ...

#2 Feminism

Have you ever been told that you have to look or act a certain way, just because you were born a certain gender? Have you ever heard of the phrases  "stop being a girl" or "man up"? Hello again. 🤗 Today's topic is feminism. Now, feminism is having equal rights for all genders, not just for one. If you believe in equality for everyone, no matter their gender, skin colour or background then you are a feminist, like me. Being a feminist means that you care about everyone and that you believe that males can be sensitive and females can be strong. If you are a feminist then you believe in equal pay, human (both male and female) right's and gender quality for everyone.  It was International Women's Day on the 8th of March 2022. This year the theme was 'BreaktheBias.'  My journey of becoming a feminist started after I read the novel series, The Spinster Club  by Holly Bourne. #1 Clean Up Australia Day & Recycling

Hi! 😀 My 'name' is Lucky Feather and welcome to my blog. (For those of you who know me in real life please try not to address me as my real name I would like to remain anonymous, thanks.)  So this is my first time writing a blog and I'm only doing this as I thought it would be a fun and rewarding experience and for a PDHPE assessment we have to 'take a risk' and I thought that starting a blog would be a cool risk to take.
